Red Devil Vortex US Tour

Hailing from Brazil, the 22 year-old, LA based guitarist Luís Kalil has recorded/performed with artists such as Steve Vai, Corey Taylor (Slipknot), Stone Sour, Marco Minnemann, Kenny Aronoff and also had Dirk Verbeuren, drummer of Megadeth, on his latest EP.

With two solo albums under his belt, he is also the lead guitarist for the LA Hard Rock band RED DEVIL VORTEX.

RED DEVIL VORTEX was formed by Luis and another MI alumni, Eduardo Baldo (drums), and singer/bassist Gabriel Connor.

The members came from different walks of life until their paths crossed in Los Angeles at Musicians Institute. Together they create an out of this world energy when performing, described as an "explosive wall of sound" by those who've witnessed their live show.
